One credit equals one site assessment for one year of data. When you run a prediction, one credit is deducted from your balance. You can purchase credits individually at $49.99 each or in bulk packs for up to 30% off. Credits never expire.
WindAI combines ERA5 reanalysis data from ECMWF, MERRA-2 data from NASA, and Copernicus DEM elevation data to build a comprehensive feature set of 391 variables for each location. These include wind speeds at multiple heights, temperature, pressure, boundary layer characteristics, terrain elevation, slope, and roughness.
Most assessments complete in 2-5 minutes. The system fetches meteorological data for your location, runs it through our neural network, and generates the full report including hourly predictions, monthly profiles, and exceedance statistics. You'll receive an email as soon as it's ready.
If a prediction fails due to a system error, your credit is automatically refunded to your account. For other refund requests, contact us at contact@windai.tech and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
